Withdrawal Instructions

These withdrawal instructions apply to consumers who conclude a paid contract (subscription).

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email). You may use the model withdrawal form below for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.

Early Commencement of Performance for Digital Services

For the supply of digital content/services, the right of withdrawal expires if you have expressly consented to us beginning performance before the end of the withdrawal period and have acknowledged your awareness that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost.
